Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PvSentinel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Service Description

PvSentinel provides a cloud-based pharmacovigilance management platform designed for Marketing Authorization Holders (MAHs) and Qualified Persons for Pharmacovigilance (QPPVs) to manage adverse event reporting, regulatory compliance, and case documentation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable pharmacovigilance regulations
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to breach security or disrupt the service

4. Data Ownership & License

You retain all rights to your data. By using PvSentinel, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

PvSentinel is a tool to assist with pharmacovigilance management. Users remain responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements. We are not liable for regulatory non-compliance resulting from misuse of the platform.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 60 days.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
