Every Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) registered with Kenya's Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) must nominate a Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV). This isn't optional, and it isn't a title you can assign internally without meeting specific criteria.
